CCA's ID Card camp on 09-06-2022
Dear Comrades,
As per the circular issued by the CCA office Vijayawada on issue of ID Cards to BSNL pensioners a camp was organised in CCA office Vijayawada today from 10-30 hrs.
From CCA office Sri Vinod Kumar CCA, Ms Sandhya Sameera Jt CCA and Sri Bikshamaiah AO Pension explained about the purpose of the camp.
From our AIBSNL PWA Com K S Koteswara Rao Circle President, from SNPWA Com Chandra Shekhar C S and from AIBDPA Com K S C Bose attended and brought various doubts on the camp to the notice of the CCA and got clarified.
Some of the main points clarified.
1. Issue of I D Card is a part of their duty.
2. There is no compulsion in receiving the Card.
3. There is no time limit for submission of application. At any time the pensioner can approach the CCA office.
4. The application along with the requirements can be sent by others also.
5. Printing cost of the Card is fixed as Rs 50/-
6. Card will be sent to pensioners' residential address by speed post.
7. Sampann pensioners can download their ID Card directly from the site.
8. The retirees from STR and STP have to approach CCA office Chennai.
Similar camps will be conducted for other areas at Tirupathi and Visakhapatnam also.
We also felt that ID Card issued by CCA office (Department of Telecom)with recent photo and address in place of old BSNL Card is better one.
I personally suggest to have the new ID Card.

New branch at Gudur is formed on today 05-06-2022 .Com K. Suryanarayana DS, NLR, Com AR Soundharajan DS, TRP, Com B. Brahmananda Reddy, DS,ONG and Com P. Jilani Khan DS, NFTE have participated. Com U. Ch. Subbaiah, Com S. Daskumar and Com P. Gunnaih are elected unanimously as BP, BS and BT respectively.

CWC ONLINE MEETING ON 5-6-2022.
Following decisions have been taken in the virtual CWC meeting.
1. AIC at VISAKHAPATNAM, AP.
AIC
shall be held at VISAKHAPATNAM on
2nd & 3rd December 2022.
Pre AIC CWC will be
on 1st December.
Accommodation will be made
available from 1st to
4th December.
Eligible delegates should be elected
in the GB meetings / Conferences by Districts before July
31st so that Train
reservations can be made in
the first week of August.
Delegate FEE is fixed at ₹ 1300 each.
AIC
Fund of ₹ 50 per member should be sent to
CHQ Treasurer before
August end by Districts . CSs are requested to
monitor.
2. CONSTITUTION AMENDMENTS

3. CIRCLE/DISTRICT CONFERENCES .
All the Circles and Districts which are
due shall have to conduct their
Conferences well before AIC.
4. WATSAPP GROUPS.
CHQ
wanted all the Circles to
open CEC groups
so that the important Orders and messages from CHQ can reach the
members instantaneously .
Out
23 Circles only 16 Circles have started.
In these 16 , only 10 are active by
forwarding immediately. Remaining
6 are acting as they wish. They
have to forward all
messages of CHQ in their groups
immediately.
7 Circles are yet to
start their CEC groups. They have to start
immediately.
Similarly, all DSs also
should repeat the
information from CHQ in their
DEC groups with out any delay. Then only the purpose will be served.
The intention of CHQ is to
make ALL our
members to know the developments
in the ASSOCIATION at the earliest.
