STD calls not to be charged

The order of 20-07-2007 on concessional telephones to BSNL retirees is now amended. 
" FREE LOCAL CALLS (MONTHLY)"  REPLACED BY " FREE CALLS (MONTHLY)"

Now the problem of charging STD calls wrongly should be resolved .
