CAT Case on 78.2 % arrears postponed

Our Case for 78.2% arrears from 01-01-2007 before CAT Ernakulam Came up in August. It was simply postponed to 20th Sept 2019 . 
Again today , the Tribunal has posted it to 17th Oct 2019.
