IDA from January 2022

 The All-India CPI-IW for November, 2021 increased by 0.8 points and stood at 125.7.  If we convert it to 2001=100 series , it comes to 362.02. 

Therefore IDA from January 2022 will be 184.1 % i.e an increase of 4.8%.

Sri B Kondiah is no more

 

Sri Boga Kondaiah, retired in 2004, as Senior Section Supervisor in Vijayawada SSA,  expired on 30-12-2021 during hospitalization as he has been suffering for few months with kidney problem. He is 79 years old.  He had long, long association as a dynamic leader in NFTE in number of SSAs like Ongole, West Godavari, Adilabad, Krishna etc. where he had worked during his service. He had abundant knowledge in dealing with wide variety of staff problems and settled many such problems during his stint as District leader either thro deliberations or thro un-aviodable struggles at times. After retirement, he did not keep quiet. He started focusing on pensioners problems that has created a pensioners’ association in Vijayawada during 2006 even before formation of our AIBSNLPWA in 2009 which is merged with AIBSNLPWA after its formation. He was instrumental to bring all existing pensioners associations in various districts to merge with our association during initial period of formation days.  Since then, he played a very important role in the activities of our Pensioners’ association in Vijayawada as well as in AP Circle.  He is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter. We all miss his incredible leadership hereafter. We pay our rich tributes to him and convey our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.                       

New Branch at Tirupati

New Branch at Tirupati is opened in the meeting held on 28-12-2021 under the Presidentship of Com N Tulasidass. Senior members are felicitated. Com A R Soundara Rajan DS addressed. 

Com P Rajagopal , Com C Krishnaiah , Com J Gajendran are elected as President, Secretary and Treasurer respectively. 

Com K Naga Murthy is no more.

 

Sri K Naga Murthy Retd SDE and Vice President AIBSNLPWA expired on 28-12-2021 due to massive cardiac arrest. He is very much normal till his last breath. He is 66 years old.  He joined as Technician in DOT and subsequently became JTO through direct open competition. He worked in Maharastra Circle and got transferred to AP. He served as circle office bearer for several years and also served as Circle President of combined AP in SNEA while in service.   He had contributed his might for the construction of Pensioners’  Bhavan, Anantapur. It is only here in Anantapur , our association has its own building. He is our Vice President having  elected  in Puri Conference in September 2018. He is survived by his wife, a son and two daughters. We convey our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.
