29 grievances have been received and 19 are fully settled , as informed by Dy CCA. Most of the cases are submitted by our members and settled.
CS has thanked the CCA & other officers , staff for quick settlement of Pension revisions on account of anomaly order.
FMA to CGHS card holders residing non-cghs areas, Inclusion of name of permanently disabled dependents in PPO, Collection and custody of service-books in CCA office, holding of Adalat physically etc have been raised by CS in the adalat. CCA has intimated that the service books are being taken over from SSAs in small batches and the process would be completed in a few months from now Regarding FMA , CCA suggested to give the issue in writing . Joint CCA has asked the SBI CPPC to settle the family pension cases promptly on receipt of required documents like death certificate, account details etc.
