CONSUMER PRICE INDEX INCREASE OF 0.4% IN NOVEMBER 2020

All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers' ( AICPI IW) for the month of November 2020 increased by 0.4 points and pegged at 119.9. 
If we convert that into 2001=100 series it will come to 345(Conversion Factor=2.88).
Therefore IDA due from 1-1-2021 will be 171.5%. 
This will however be  freezed as per DPE  orders dated 19-11-2020.
This will be restored prospectively and will be subsumed in the cumulative revised be rate effective from 1-7-2021. 
No arrears from 1-10-2020 till 30- 6-2021 shall be paid
