Hunger Fast 22-11-2018 AP Circle

Demanding Pension revision with 7th CPC fitment formula on IDA pattern w.e.f 01-01-2017 , all the Districts in AP circle have observed the call of CHQ for nation wide one day Hunger Fast on 22-11-2018. AP Circle congratulates all the members, District Secretaries, Circle office-bearers, CHQ Office-bearers for organizing the HUNGER STRIKE in a most successful way.
At Vijayawada, The Hundegr Fast is held in BSNL Premises with large number of Participants. Com M.Janardhana Rao (Dist President) Com K V.Subrahmanyam (DS), Com B Kondaiah (Adviser) , Com V.Vara Prasad (CS) have observed Hunger Fast along with 100+ participants.

పూరీ జాతీయ సమావేశాల నిర్ణయానుసారం 7వ వేతన సంఘ సిఫార్సులననుసరించి బి.ఎస్.ఎన్.ఎల్ పెన్షనర్లకు పెన్షన్ రివిజన్ జరపాలనీ కోరుతూ 22-11-2018 న ఉదయం 10 గంటలనుండి సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా బి.ఎస్.ఎన్.ఎల్ ఆఫీసు లముందు ఒక రోజు నిరాహారదీక్ష చేయాలని ఆలిండియా బి.ఎస్.ఎన్.ఎల్ పెన్షనర్స్ వెల్ఫేర్ అసోసియేషన్ కేంద్ర సంఘం పిలుపు నిచ్చింది.  మన ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి యంటియన్ఎల్ పెన్షనర్స్ వెల్ఫేర్ అసోసియేషన్ మరియు రిటైర్డ్ టెలికాం ఆఫీసర్స్ అసోసియేషన్, ఆలిండియా రిటైర్డ్ బి.ఎస్.ఎన్.ఎల్  ఎక్సిక్యూటివ్స్  వెల్ఫేర్ అసోసియేషన్ మద్దతు తెలిపాయి. సంయుక్తంగా నిరాహార దీక్ష కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహిస్తున్నాం.

ఈ కార్యక్రమం లో పాల్గొంటున్నఅన్ని జిల్లాల్లోని  సభ్యులకు , నాయకులకు ఆంద్రప్రదేశ్ సర్కిల్ అభినందనలు తెలియచేస్తోంది.

యిదే డిమాండ్ పై 19-07-2018 న దేశవ్యాపిత ధర్నా  విజయవంతంగా జరిగిన విషయం మీ అందరికీ తెలిసిందే.

60:40 నిబంధన రధ్ధైనందున, కేంద్రప్రభుత్వమే బి.ఎస్.ఎన్.ఎల్ రిటైరీలకు పెన్షన్ చెల్లిస్తున్నందున కంపెనీ లాభనష్టాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా పెన్షన్  రివిజన్ జరగవలసి ఉంది. ప్రస్తుత బేసిక్ పెన్షన్ ప్లస్ 01-01-2017 నాటి IDA మరియు బేసిక్ పెన్షన్ ఫై 32% వెయిటేజీ కలుపుతూ 7వ వేతన సంఘ సిఫార్సుల ప్రకారం పెన్షన్ సవరణ 01-01-2017 నుండి జరుపాలని కోరుతున్నాo.

గత పెన్షన్ సవరణ 01-01-2007 నుండి అమలయింది కావున 10 సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత 01-01-2017 నుండి జరుగవలసివుంది. యివే సిఫార్సులననుసరించి 62 లక్షల మంది కేంద్రప్రభుత్వ పెన్షనర్లకు పెరుగుదల ప్రయోజనంతో సవరణ జరిగి దాదాపు 2 సంవత్సరాలయింది. యీ అంశoఫై అనేక సార్లు వ్రాతపూర్వకంగా కోరటం జరిగింది. గౌరవ కేంద్రామంత్రి గారితోనూ మరియు టెలికాం కార్యదర్శిగారితోనూ యీ డిమాండ్ ఫై చర్చించి యిప్పటికే పది నెలలు గడిచిపోయాయి.  

3వ పి.ఆర్.సి. ప్రకారం వేతన సవరణ, పెన్షన్ సవరణ ఒకదానితో మరొకటి ముడి పెట్టడం వల్ల తీవ్ర  జాప్యం జరుగుతున్నందున,  వేతన సవరణ జరిగే వరకు పెన్షన్ సవరణ నిలిపి వేయకుండా వెంటనే చేయాలని యీ దీక్షా కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వానికి విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాం.

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా జరుగుతున్న ఈ ఆందోళనా కార్యక్రమంలో మన రాష్ట్రంలో కూడా ఎప్పటి లాగానే ఇప్పుడు కూడా మన సభ్యులందరూ పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పాల్గొని విజయవంతం చేస్తారని ఆశిస్తూ,

Pension Adalat on 19-11-2018 Visakhapatnam

Pension Adalat is held on 19-11-2018 at Conference Hall of GM Telecom Visakhapatnam. Smt M Anitha CCA, Sri CM Sampar Jt CCA, Sri R.Surendar Dy CCA, Sri K Subba Rao Sr AO (Pension) conducted the proceedings of the Adalat. Smt Nalini Verma Sr GM Visakha , Sri PRN S Sai DGM (F) have also attended. From our Association, Comrades V Vara Prasad CS,  K Somasundara Rao DS (Visakha), K Bhaskara Rao DS (EG), TS Prakasa Rao DS (VZM) , M.Srimannarayana District President (Visakha) have also participated.

Smt M Anitha in her inaugural address informed that Attached offices of CCA will be opened at Visakhapatnam and Tirupathi shortly. Next adalat is likely to be held at Tirupathi. 
Sr GM Visakhapatnam accepted to allot sufficient & suitable accommodation in GM's office premises for use of CCA attached office at Visakha.
As per data received in Circle office, 8600 service books of BSNL retirees are ready to be handed over to CCA as per DOT instructions.

District Secretaries of East Godavari, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram have reviewed the pending cases with Dy CCA & Sr. AO (Pension) who assured early settlement.

Hon Minister Sri Ananth Kumar is no more .

6-time MP from Bangalore, Union Minister for Fertilizers & Parliamentary Affairs Sri Ananth Kumar (59) passed away in the early hours of Monday (12-11-2018). He extended his helping hand to us in most important times and now we miss it. We pay our tributes to him. 

Krishna District General Body Meeting

The 13th Annual General Body Meeting of Krishna District is held on 10-11-2018. The meeting presided by Com M.Janardhana Rao.  Annual Report submitted by Com K V.Subrahmanayam (DS), and Accounts submitted by Com SL Gokula Rao, District Treasurer. House are approved. Sri M John Chrisostom PGM (Retd) graced the occassion.
11 members of  85 years of Age, 5 members of 80 years of age, 19 members of 75 years of age have been felicitated. 
Circle President Com M R S Prakasa Rao, Circle Secretary Com V Vara Prasad , Circle Advisor Com B Kondaiah have addressed. Appealed all the members to participate in the Hunger Fast being held on 22-11-2018 demanding the Pension Revision to BSNL Retirees as per 7th CPC Fitment formula duly delinking with Pay revision in BSNL.
