Com Ch Satya Rao Vizianagaram expired today morning. He is 78. He had served as DS for several years in NFTE. He was serving in our AIBSNLPWA VZM for all these years. He had contributed immensely for the growth of our association in VZM. He took up number of grievances of Family Pensioners and pursued vigorously till their settlement. He lost his dependent daughter recently and looking after  his grand children. This is a big loss to VZM in particular. We all really miss him but still remember him for his great service to our association. We convey our heartfelt condolences to his family & friends.

DS East Godavari made over an amount of Rs 100000 donations to AIC (from members of East Godavari.)

13th Formation Day celebration meeting in GUNTUR on 20-08-2022.Circle President & Circle Secretary along with District President , District Secretary , Com Kripalani are on the dias. An amount of Rs 100000 has been sent to AIC account , Visakhapatnam ( Donations by members of Guntur District)

PENSION REVISION CASE IN PB CAT , NEWDELHI.

As you are aware, the matter was listed before Mohd Jamshed (Administrative Member) as Item 29 today.

When the matter was called out,  our  Advocate appeared on our behalf. Counsel for the Respondents submitted that the matter involved a policy issue and therefore should be heard by a bench consisting of a judicial member as well.

Our Advocate did not object to this submission as it will be in our interest to have a judicial member on the bench and also informed the Administrative Member about the legal issue involved in the matter.

The Member therefore directed the matter to be placed for final hearing before a Division Bench on 6 - 9 - 2022.
