BSNL ON QUANTUM OF TAX EXEMPTION TO VRS OPTEES (12-2-2020)

As per second proviso to Section 10 (C), once this exemption is allowed in an assessment year, no exemption will be allowed thereafter in relation to any other assessment year.

This exemption is to be provided ONE TIME only in a single assessment year upon first time receipt of ex-gratia.
