The following particulars have
been called for vide CHQ circular dated 26/06/2017 from District Units to file
2 legal cases in CAT on 78.2 % with effect from 01-01-2007 and on full
pension to all pre 2006 retirees.
i.

between 01-10-2000 and 01-01-2006
ii.
List of those who retired
between 01-01-2006 and 10-06-2013
The data of 1589 retirees has already
been forwarded to CHQ thro mail. Subsequently Anantapur (122), Srikakulam (138)
only have submitted. With this, we could collect data of 1849 retirees so far.
The data of Vijayawada and Vishakapatnam
appears to be not total. Further efforts may be made to collect the remaining
data also very early.
The data from RMY, NL,
CDP, KNL, TRP is not yet received. As this data is very essential to file cases
in CAT on two important issues, it is requested once again to collect and
compile in excel and submit at an early date.
