on 25-06-2021 virtually.

44 grievances have been received for this adalat.

Representative Officers of DAP office, CPPCS SBI/Canara Bank have assured for prompt action. CCA office has also assured for necessary settlement on receipt of replies.
Dy CCA has intimated that prompt action is being taken for settlement of Family Pension Cases especially in those cases of death of pensioner on receipt of required certificates/documents, in view of Covid pandemic, as per recent instructions of DOP P&W.
Circle President asked the CCA
office to review the old cases periodically and to take necessary action for
their early settlement and intimated that some cases which were given to Adalat
are also lying pending for long time.
Circle Secretary has asked the CCA office to pursue with Head quarters
for necessary module in Sampann for revision of pension in respect those who
were promoted under NEPP after VRS. He also asked for supply of hard copies of
EPPOs to the Sampann Pensioners on request. He asked the CCA office to decide on process
for Sanction of FMA to pensioners residing in non-CGHS areas for whom pension
is directly paid by CCA office in SAMPANN. CCA office is reminded on some of the pending
issues. Dy CCA has assured for follow-up and settlement.
